The perfect venue for a family gathering, reunion, birthday celebration, anniversary etc. Lake Villa Holiday Cottages are all within the same 300 year old cob barn, with private off-road parking right outside the barn. The first cottage, Nuthatch can sleep two people and there is room in the bedroom for a cot or z-bed, next is Swallow Barn Sleeping five plus a cot and then Lake Villa Farmhouse for Seven. All three cottages have well equipped kitchens, flat screen TVs, DVD players and lots of books, guest information and games. Each Cottage has a terrace with the south-facing acre garden and tennis court beyond. All cottages are centrally heated in the cooler months making it cosy all year round. We provide a table for fourteen so you can eat together in Lake Villa Farmhouse, we can recommend local caterers, group activities, restaurants and taxis. 200 metres away is our own mini nature reserve, a twenty five acres of meadow and two lakes, one for fishing.
